About

I am passionate about learning and continuous development, always curious to know how things work and what I can do with the things I know.

I have a clinical background. I am registered with the HCPC as a Podiatrist and  I worked in the NHS for 25 years, moving from clinical to educational roles, supporting healthcare students on their clinical placements then working in the Learning and Development team, designing and delivering mentoring programmes for staff professional development before leaving the NHS to develop my own coaching and mentoring consultancy.

My development as a professional development coach took a personal twist when I discovered NLP coaching. NLP has opened up a whole new perspective on personal development for me. I trained as a Practitioner, Master Practitioner  and now as a Trainer of NLP I can help people to make the same amazing changes to their life that I have discovered.

I’m an enthusiastic dressage rider and love being able to bring my coaching experience to the equine world helping riders of all levels reach their full potential

I visited Sandra after an 8 year history of depression, anxiety and panic attacks.  At the time I saw myself as someone functioning on high level anxiety, spinning plates, trying to trudge through life with a back pack full of situations/emotions that hadn’t been dealt with and a head full of fog. I had been on antidepressants, had CBT, tried hypnotherapy... you name it I gave it ago, nothing worked.  After the initial assessment Sandra discussed the right therapy for me and put me at ease.  The sessions were never hurried, I felt safe and secure and with a combination of time line and hypnotherapy my glass in now half full.  I haven’t had a panic attack since my treatment was completed, anxiety at the level I was at has abated and depression has lifted so much so I no longer require antidepressants.   I have learnt techniques to manage any day to day stress and finally unravelled those aspects in my past which were easy to ignore.   I can not recommend enough,  my only regret.... I didn’t do it sooner!
