We run workshops for business or personal development for resilience, motivation, stress management, confidence and goal setting.

We run bespoke health and well-being programmes for those wanting support in lifestyle changes eg. Smoking cessation, weight loss, stress and anxiety management.

We have a clinical background. working in the NHS for 25 years, moving from clinical to educational roles before the development of an independent coaching and mentoring consultancy.

Using gentle and proven neuro-linguistic coaching techniques we show individuals how to work with the unconscious mind, re-programming irrational responses that prevent them from doing what they want to do, moving forward with some aspect of their life.

I thought I should send you an update on my progress. I feel so much better already. I’m thinking about what I’m eating and making a decision on what to eat instead of letting food control me. I’m only eating when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m full. I’m not craving sweet foods after my meals. I’m not thinking about food even if I’m hungry and can’t get something to eat straightaway. I’ve still enjoyed a few treats but only when I decide to have them.  I can’t believe the difference in less than a week. Thank you.
